Limited Edition – Numbered Bottles. Palomino Fino – Listán de Huelva organically aged under veil in flower in American oak casks. The Cruzado System has been used in its sacking, as an exception to the classic system of criaderas and soleras, making a selection of the best boots from the different criaderas, after hard work of direct tastings in the winery.
A wine of 12 months of aging in new American oak barrels and later refined in the bottle until completing the aging time of 2 years.
A peculiar, different and unique wine that has not undergone any filtering treatment that affects its characteristics, thus maintaining its original properties and allowing it to be enjoyed in its purest state.

Orange Wine from Huelva
The Orange Wine of the County of Huelva is obtained from a wine certified by the Regulatory Council of the County of Huelva Denomination of Origin or from a fresh grape must from the area receiving DO, which has been fortified with wine alcohol which has previously been subjected to maceration with bitter orange peels, later we subject it to oxidative aging, allowing it to age for more than 10 years in American oak casks, by the criaderas and soleras system.
